When you order from the PillowDuvetStore, there are no extra charges for delivery.
We’ve chosen DPD as our delivery partner who with over 30 yrs experience provide an efficient, high-quality delivery service. Like us, DPD is committed to focusing on the evolving needs of customers. DPD delivers 150m parcels annually in the UK and they are seen as one of the key innovators in the parcel delivery field with their technological developments like real time and on-line track and trace.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered from the time you receive your order acknowledgement. Please also allow additional time for delivery over bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year season. Our delivery partner DPD will text/e-mail you with your delivery slot, so you will know when your parcel is due to arrive.

Please note all returns should be posted to the address below, with a copy of your delivery note and the return number supplied by our office, which you must apply for before you return an order by e-mailing info@pillowduvetstore.co.uk;
